We Are Hiring - Landscape Designer Intern (Summer 2025)
Principal Responsibilities:
Assists with the preparation of exhibits, presentation graphics and renderings.
Assists with the preparation of landscape and planting plans, and tree preservation plans.
Assists with research, calculations and data entry for associated plans and reports.
Assists with concept and schematic landscape design.
Assists with site visits and tree assessments.
Assists with the preparation of landscape sheets within entitlement drawing submission packages and site plans for plan processing and implementation.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Adobe Photo-Suite proficiency.
Auto-CAD working knowledge.
Motivated and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Education & Experience:
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture program (or equivalent discipline in architecture or urban design).
Prior internship experience preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull.
Will have limited exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises
